Fully Equipped Gym
Our gym has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and now features:
- Precor cardio equipment with Netflix, Youtube, and Wifi connectivity
- Pin-loaded strength equipment
- Australian Barbell Company free-weight equipment including dumbbells up to 50kg, Olympic bars, bumper plates, pre-loaded barbells, two lifting platforms and power cages and a range of benches.

Group Fitness Classes
We offer a range of group fitness classes seven days per week in our Group Fitness Studio, Spin Studio and heated pool including Body Pump, Spin, Bootcamp, Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Seniors Programs, Teen Programs, Aqua Aerobics and more.
Group Fitness FAQs
Pick up your class pass at reception on your way in to the centre. Class sizes are limited so get in early to avoid disappointment.
Don't forget your membership card, towel and water bottle and be sure to wear appropriate gym attire.
Arrive 10 minutes early, pick up your class pass and get to know the instructor. Your instructor can help you set up your equipment, provide the assistance that you need and keep an eye out for you during the class.

Facility Bookings
Many of our facilities are available to be booked by community members and groups, including our indoor pool, lap lanes, and the spin and group fitness studios. If you require a venue for training, a private exercise class with one of our instructors or a section of our pool for training or an event, please contact us for information and pricing.
