Request an extension to pay property rates

The current COVID-19 pandemic may have resulted in the limited ability for some people to pay their rates. We have put in place hardship provisions, including an extension on the fourth quarter rates payment until 30 September 2020 (usually due on 31 May 2020).

We will also cease interest charges for overdue accounts until 30 September 2020.
