Council service changes due to COVID restrictions

Council service summary

Many of our services have been affected the latest COVID restrictions.

Mitchell Shire is classified as Regional Victoria and has stepped out of the circuit breaker restrictions from 11.59pm on Thursday 3 June. A number of Council services that were affected are being restored slowly. We have made the necessary changes in the summary below.


Animal pound and dangerous and wandering animalsStray animals will still be collected. Procedures in place for payments and to ensure social distance between residents and staff.
