James is an artisan butcher who is passionate about working with local pork, lamb and beef producers, to supply customers with premium, local produce.

With a Primesafe-approved boning room, and proximity to local abattoirs, The Meat Room minimises food miles.

James is also influenced by his Italian heritage and passing on sausages, salami, pasta and cheese making skills.

Attend one of their regular classes, of groups up to 12, to gain skills to make your own food.
