McIvor Estate Olive Oil

The McIvor Estate olive grove was established in 1999 and now has 7.5 hectares of different olive varieties, all perfect for olive oil production.

Varieties include the Italians frantoio and corregiolo olives as well as the Spanish-bred manzanilla olives.

A small amount of nevadillo blanco and kalamata are also planted.

Extra virgin olive oil and preserved olives are available for purchase from the cellar door or online.
