Using natural flavours, sourced predominately from Australia, each release is hand crafted by Lamb Bacon entrepreneur, Toni Barton.
Toni developed the idea in 2016 in a bid to value add each lamb cut from her property in Central Victoria, half way between Lancefield and Tooborac.
Toni started breeding Australian White Lambs, the wagyu of lamb, some years ago and was determined to pave the way in lamb smallgoods globally.
