Amendment C138 — 49 Emily Street Seymour
Mitchell Shire Council has prepared Planning Scheme Amendment C138 to the Mitchell Planning Scheme. Amendment C138 proposes to rezone land at 49 Emily Street and part of 17 High Street, Seymour from General Residential 1 Zone (GRZ1) to Commercial 2 Zone (C2Z).
Council adopted Amendment C138 at its Ordinary Meeting held 24 June 2019. Amendment C138 is now under consideration by the Minister for Planning for approval.
