The application is seeking approval for the use and development of the land for a trade supplies and restricted retail premises, alteration of access to a Road Zone – Category 1 and display of signage.

All existing buildings within the subject site are proposed to be demolished. The proposal includes the construction of main warehouse, timber trade sales area, an outdoor nursery, bagged goods canopy and retail area. Signage is proposed to consist of business identification signage to the building and a 9m tall pylon sign fronting Anzac Avenue. Car parking is proposed to include 75 car parking spaces, with the delivery bay proposed to be located on Victoria Street. Access to the site is proposed from both Anzac Avenue and Victoria Street.
