Proposed Changes to Existing Planning Permit 210 Tallarook Pyalong Road (Music Festival)

Mitchell Shire Council has received an application to amend conditions to a planning permit at 210 Tallarook Pyalong Road.

The application seeks to:

  • Specify when events can be held on Labour Day Long Weekend. The permit currently states March 9 – 12 and the organisers are seeking to remove reference to the dates
  • Hours of operation
  • Changed conditions regarding noise restrictions to suit EPA and state legislative guidelines.

Council is currently undertaking an assessment of the proposed amendments. The final application will be formally considered at a Council meeting.
