The application is proposing the use and development of land for industry.

A building will be constructed in the western portion of the site where the industry land use will operate. This building will have an overall area of 800sqm (20 metres x 40 metres), cladded in Colorbond with classic cream walls and a cottage green pitched roof with an overall height of 7 metres. Access will be via three large roller doors and a single access door.

The building will be used to undertake steel fabrication including repairs of farm equipment, earthmoving equipment, and truck repairs.

The land use will have up to four staff on site and a maximum number of four patrons. Patrons will only be on site to pick up and drop off equipment for repair.

The proposed hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm.

Car parking will be provided for staff and patrons on the southern side of the building.
