The application is proposing to develop three dwellings. The proposal includes the retention of the existing dwelling with two additional dwellings proposed to be constructed to the rear of the site. All three dwellings will be offered vehicle access via a shared accessway.

The layout of dwelling 1 will remain unchanged. This dwelling will contain three bedrooms, a study, kitchen, bathroom and open plan living and dining area. Private open space will be provided for the dwelling with a large area to the east and a small area to the west. This dwelling will be provided with two car parking spaces, with a single car garage and a tandem space in front of the garage.

The dwelling is cladded in weatherboards, with a pitched Colorbond roof with an overall height of 4.597 metres.

Dwelling 2 will be located in the north-western portion of the site attached to dwelling 3. This dwelling will contain two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and open plan kitchen and living area. Private open space will be located to the north and a single car garage provided in front of the dwelling.

The proposed dwelling will be cladded in brickwork. The design includes a pitched roof cladded in title with an overall height of 5.99 metres.

Dwelling 3 will be located in the north-eastern portion of the site attached to dwelling 2. This dwelling will contain two bedrooms, a walk in robe, bathroom kitchen and open plan living an dining area. Private open space will be located to the north and a single car garage provided.

The proposed dwelling will be cladded in brickwork. The design includes a pitched roof cladded in title with an overall height of 5.99 metres.
