This application is for a two lot subdivision.

The site is subject to the General Residential Zone (Schedule 1 – GRZ1), and the Design and Development Overlay (Schedule 7 – DPO7) of the Mitchell Planning Scheme.

The two lot subdivision will provide for a lot for the existing dwelling, an create a new lot towards the front of the site. The proposal also regards the extension of relevant services and reconfiguration of access to the site.
