Proposed lot 2

Proposed lot 2 will be located in the western portion of the site and have an overall area of 360.2m2. The parcel will have frontage onto Short Street of 18.89 metres and an overall lot depth of 37.17 metres.

This parcel will contain dwelling 2. Dwelling 2 will contain 3 bedrooms, a walk-in robe, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with walk-in pantry, an open plan family and meals area, an alfresco area and an attached single garage with a tandem car parking space.

The dwelling will be cladded in brickwork. The dwelling will have a pitched Colorbond roof with an overall height of 4.47 metres.
