Lot 1 will be located in the western portion of the site. This site will have a 13.9 metre frontage on Rutledge Street and an overall depth of 40.33 metres. The lot will be vacant and have an overall area of 560sqm. The site will be accessible via an existing vehicle crossover onto Rutledge Street.
Lot 2 will be located in the western portion of the site. This lot will have a 18.46 metre frontage on Rutledge Street and an overall lot depth of 40.31 metres. This lot will contain the existing dwelling and have an overall area of 737sqm. The site will be accessible via a proposed crossover onto Rutledge Street.
