The application is for the development of the land for two dwellings.
The application is proposing the retention of the existing dwelling at the rear of the site within the inclusion of an additional dwelling at the front of the site.Each dwelling will be offered access via a separate crossovers with the existing dwelling (dwelling 1) having access adjoining the northern boundary and the proposed dwelling (dwelling 2) having access adjoining the southern boundary.
The proposed dwelling will be single storey and contain four bedrooms, an ensuite, walking robe, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with walk in pantry, open plan dining and living area and an attached single garage. The proposed dwelling will be cladded in brickwork with a floor to ceiling height of 3.46 metres, with a 22.5 degree pitched roof with an overall height at the apex of 5.27 metres. The roof will be cladded in Colorbond panels.
