About the application
The application is seeking approval for the development of the land for a dwelling and removal of native vegetation.
The proposed dwelling will be located in the front portion of the site and be setback 8.03 metres from the front boundary and 6 metres from the site (south western) boundary.
The proposed dwelling will contain five bedrooms, walk in robe, ensuite, sewing room, laundry, family room, office, formal dining room, formal living room, kitchen, breakfast area, theatre/rumpus room, butler’s pantry, two bathrooms, a decking and attached garage. Du to the slope of the land a storage area will also be provided under the dwelling to the rear.
The proposed dwelling will be cladded in brick work, with a pitched roof cladded in roof titles. The dwelling will have an overall height of 14.44 metres.
The application is also seeking approval to remove a total of 36 trees within the footprint of the proposed dwelling and to provide defendable space of the dwelling in accordance with the requirements of the Bushfire Management Overlay.
