This application regards the subdivision of land into five (5) lots and for the removal of native vegetation on the site. The proposed lots would be accessed via an internal accessway with lots facing Hamilton Street.

A number of trees at the rear of the site are proposed to be retained, with a small number of trees to be removed to cater for the subdivision and related infrastructure and servicing.
