The application is proposing the development of the land for three dwellings. It is intended that the existing dwelling will be retained with 2 single storey dwellings to be constructed to the rear. Vehicle access to all 3 dwellings will be provided via a shared access way.

Both proposed dwellings will contain 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, ensuite, kitchen, open plan living and meals area, an attached garage and an uncover car parking space. The dwellings will be cladded in brickwork and have pitched rooves.
