This is an application for use and development of land for a single dwelling and associated outbuilding.
The proposed dwelling is a single-storey building that will be sited 136m from the boundary to the west and 107m from the boundary to the east. The dwelling will include four (4) bedrooms and associated amenities such as a bathroom, lounge, and kitchen/dining/ games room area. The proposed built form is a total area of 326sqm.
The proposed outbuilding is 10m in width and 12m in length with a total floor area of 120sqm. The outbuilding includes a 3m wide verandah and two (2) roller doors. The outbuilding will be used to store domestic goods associated with the proposed dwelling.
