"Up until 2010, I really wasn’t very active. I worked in hospitality and walking the 3 flights of stairs in the restaurant would leave me exhausted. That was the push that I needed to make a change and so I started attending group fitness at Mitchell Leisure — Jake was my instructor way back then!"

Fun fact about yourself
"After participating in group fitness back in 2010, I knew I wanted to be a PT! I was a stay at home mum with a little one at home, so I started packing shelves at the supermarket two nights per week to cover the cost of studying in Melbourne every Saturday!"
