Sporting and exercise history
"When I was 5 years old, I did calisthenics with my sister for 7 years, 3rd in state cross country in grade 6, little athletes, playing tennis for the northern region for 7 years, and played netball.
As I grew into my late teenage years I would love going to the gym and group fitness classes. I ran the mothers day classic 8km 2015 and salmon trail runner 11km in 2015.
I have participated in Bodypump since I’ve been 15 years old and in 2017 I decided to become a Bodypump instructor which I love teaching."
