Blue Tongue Berries
Blue Tongue Berries offers blueberries and organic vegetables grown by sustainable means. The farm has several varieties of blueberries that ripen at different times throughout the season. Harvest time is typically late November to February and blueberries are available for sale during this time. Call the farm to organise collection at the farm gate or for larger orders delivery can be arranged. Short tasting tours of the various varieties of blueberries can be arranged by appointment.

Chapman Hill Extra Virgin Olive Oils
Chapman Hill is located at Glenaroua on the Northern slopes of the Great Dividing Range in Central Victoria. The olive farm is located on the gentle ironstone slopes of Chapman Hill, at an elevation of 300 metres. Eight hectares of ordered rows of olive trees thrive in the rich soil and are bathed in a climate that is typically Mediterranean. Cool sunny winters and long, warm, dry summers allow the olives to ripen perfectly, creating fresh, fruity extra smooth, extra virgin olive oils. Chapman Hill is open by appointment only.

McIvor Estate Olive Oil
The McIvor Estate olive grove was established in 1999 and now has 7.5ha of different varieties, all perfect for olive oil production. Varieties include the Italians frantoio and corregiolo olives as well as the Spanish-bred manzanilla olives. A small amount of nevadillo blanco and kalamata are also planted. Extra virgin olive oil and preserved olives are available for purchase from the cellar door or online.

Stokes Orchard is a Fruit & Vegetable shop that is located on the Stokes family farm in Upper Plenty. The Stokes family are 3rd generation farmers who grow stone fruit, apples, pears and more. Stokes Orchard has recently opened a cafe, selling great coffee, homemade cakes, slices, and gelato, as well as fresh juices & smoothies. Tooborac General Store
Peter and Emma Ryan are the owners of Tooborac General Store. They purchased the old store in December 2010 and have since been busy rejuvenating the building. In November 2013 the Kitchen was re-opened and Peter and Emma believe good food is a good for everyone, helped by using premium local ingredients. They make their own milkshake syrups, cakes, biscuits, sauces, pickled vegetables and chutneys.

Warialda Belted Galloways
Allen and Lizette Snaith have been breeding Belted Galloway cattle for 30 years. Using quality stud genetics, the Snaith family believes in a paddock-to-plate approach to cattle breeding, now providing 100% grass fed, dry aged beef to restaurants and direct to the public through Victorian Farmers’ Markets. Warialda Belted Galloways have a sustainable philosophy of ‘nose to tail’ and ‘paddock to plate’. Wineries and Breweries
Two wine regions combine to make up Mitchell Shire - the Upper Goulburn River Winegrowing Region and the Heathcote Winegrowing Region. Both regions are home to some of Australia’s oldest vines including centuries-old Shiraz and other varieties brought from France’s Rhone Valley such as Grenache, Mourcedre and Viognier. The area’s many varied microclimates produce some sensational wines including some unusual varieties such as Gamay and Malbec.
If wineries aren’t your thing, stop by the Tooborac Brewery and sample one of their award winning beers while enjoying some local produce and taking in the breathtaking surrounds.
Brave Goose Winery
The Brave Goose Vineyard is tucked away in the foothills of the Tallarook ranges in Central Victoria. The initial plantings occurred in 1988, starting with Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, Gamay, and most recently Viognier. The soils are predominantly weathered ironstone loam, with very little topsoil, ideal for growing low yielding, top quality vines. The family-run boutique vineyard produce all of the wines in a boutique cellar using traditional winemaking techniques. The reds are fermented in small open topped fermenters, followed by basket pressing, and maturation in quality French oak barrels.

Rowanston on the Track Winery is located on the northern foothills of the Macedon Ranges on the Burke and Wills track between Lancefield and Heathcote. The family-run boutique vineyard produces Shiraz, Riesling, Merlot, Rose, Sparkling Merlot, a sparkling white, Blanc de Noir and a Sparkling Pinot. Consistently producing top quality boutique wines, all wines from Rowanston on the Track are hand-picked and made using traditional techniques which include gentle crushing, open vat fermentation, and basket pressing, followed by maturation in oak barrels.

Tooborac Brewery and Hotel
The Tooborac Brewery and Hotel is a Historical Heritage listed Pub that is renowned for being family friendly with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located just one hour journey from Melbourne along the Northern Highway you will find an onsite working brewery producing award winning craft beer and a kitchen producing fantastic country style pub meals. Enjoy a hand crafted beers by the open fire or relax on the lawns of the brewery while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The old Cobb and Co stables brewery were refurbished in 2008 and now produce beers such as the Shearers, Stonemasons, Gunslingers, Ca$hed Up, Woodcutters and Blacksmiths.
