The Seymour Local Aboriginal Network, in partnership with Mitchell Shire Council, will celebrate NAIDOC Week at Seymour’s Kings Park on Wednesday 7 July.

The celebration will begin at 11am with a Welcome to Country followed by a Smoking Ceremony. From 11.30am until 2pm, there will be food stalls, displays and family-friendly events to enjoy including Army and emergency services displays, circus skills, tie-dying and Healing Country NAIDOC themed activities.

NAIDOC stands for National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee.
