tel:0357346200Community members have a rare chance to hear from award-winning sports broadcaster Tiffany Cherry as part of Mitchell Shire Council’s annual International Women’s Day celebration.

This year’s Women’s Day theme across the world is #EachforEqual.

The theme aims to raise awareness about unconscious bias and encourage people to take daily actions for equality.

Commencing at 8am, Mitchell’s International Women’s Day breakfast will be held on Friday 6 March at The Grove, Hidden Valley.

Tickets are $35 including breakfast and a gift bag and will be on sale from Tuesday 28 January at Mitchell Shire International Women's Day tickets.

Tickets are sold first in, first served but you can request to be seated in a group when purchasing your ticket.

For all dietary or, access requirements or for questions about tickets, please contact Council’s Community Development team on 03 5734 6200.
