Public Notice - Planning and Environment Act 1987, MITCHELL PLANNING SCHEME, Notice of preparation of an amendment – Amendment C130
Mitchell Shire Council has prepared Amendment C130 to the Mitchell Planning Scheme.
The amendment proposes to rezone 40 Butlers Road, Kilmore from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone.
You may inspect the amendment and supporting documentation free of charge, at the following locations:

Council is conducting a drop in session where you can discuss Amendment C130 with Council Officers between 4-7pm at the Kilmore Library on Thursday 11 October 2018.
Any person who may be affected by the amendment may make a submission to the planning authority about the amendment. Submissions must be made in writing giving the submitters name and contact address, clearly stating the grounds on which the amendment is supported or opposed and indicating what changes (if any) the submitter wishes to make.
Name and contact details of submitters are required for Council to consider submissions and to notify such persons of the opportunity to attend council meetings and any public hearing held to consider submissions.
