Notice of an Application for a Development Plan: Union Street, Kilmore

There are 10 properties directly affected by the proposed development plan which are:

> 16 Union Street, Kilmore

> 18 Union Street, Kilmore (partly)

> 3 Chapel Street, Kilmore

> 5 Chapel Street, Kilmore

> 9 Chapel Street, Kilmore

The application has been proposed on behalf of the landowner of 16 Union Street, Kilmore.

The application is for a Development Plan. The applicant is Mavi Designs. The application reference number is SPLDP/21/003.

A Development Plan is a framework that guides future development on the land. It is required that a Development Plan is approved before a planning permit can be granted to the subject land.

In accordance with the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and Mitchell Planning Scheme, there is no requirement to formally exhibit these documents and consider submissions. However, Council will consider any submissions or comments received as part of its formal consideration of the development plan at a future Council meeting.

This can de done during office hours and is free of charge (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

Any person who wishes to make a submission regarding the development plan may do so. A submission must be set to Mitchell Shire Council, Manager Strategic Planning, 113 High Street, Broadford, VIC, 3658 or via email: mitchell@mitchellshire.vic.gov.au. Please be aware that copies of objections/submissions received may be made available to any person for the purpose of consideration as part of the planning process.

If you have any comments in relation to the received development plan please provide this in writing by no later than Friday 28 May 2021.
