Online group fitness classes

Mitchell Shire Leisure Services want to ensure everyone can remain active during the COVID-19 crisis.

We are running two online group fitness classes per day for anyone to follow along in the comfort of their home or office.

One class will be held in the morning, and one at night, and will include a range of different classes

Classes will be streamed on the Mitchell Shire Leisure Services Facebook page. You can watch them live or catch up at a time that suits.
