NAIDOC Week 2020

Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, Mitchell Shire Council will celebrate NAIDOC week and the theme, Always was, Always will be, through virtual platforms and across print and social media.

We will be sharing a range of events, presentations, webinars and ideas to encourage people of all ages and abilities to engage with online learning and activities that celebrate NAIDOC week.

Please follow our Facebook page for details throughout the week and share with your friends and family.

We encourage you, your families and friends, and our community to participate in the range of events we are sharing. With the online platforms, there has never been an easier time to connect and learn about Indigenous history, culture and achievements across Australia during NAIDOC week and beyond.

You can continue your learning on the websites below.
