GoSeymour, you better be ready
There is no time like the now to plan for a future visit to our shire and when it is safe to do so all roads will be going to Seymour.
GoSeymour is ready to roll out the welcome mat building a brand-new tourism campaign to highlight the wonderful features of Seymour as the gateway to the Goulburn River and Ranges.
With its array of exciting activities, events and scenery, Seymour reflects how magical Victoria truly is and that beauty has been captured on a new website and banners that will feature in Station Street.
The brand-new interactive website will highlight the region’s great places to Eat, Drink and Stay. The website will be aimed to be a one-stop mobile information shop for travellers to explore our townships.
Eight new banners will also be installed atop flagpoles in Station Street with four slogans:
GoSeymour is an initiative of the Seymour Business and Tourism group and has partnership support with Mitchell Shire Council and Victorian Government, who is providing $50,000 toward the project.
A community celebration and launch will be held at a later date, when it is safe to do so.
