Customer Service Centres

Open for face-to-face service. You will need to sign in upon entry to allow us to keep track of numbers and for COVID contact tracing if needed. We will destroy these records after 28 days and will not use your personal information for any other purpose.

Our customer service centres offer library services as well as bill paying, bookings, arranging new services, permits and more.

Customer Service

  • pay an account — rates, kindergarten, fines and more
  • report an issue or lodge a customer request (for example: parking, roads, noise and nuisance)
  • bins — arrange for new and replacement bins or report an unemptied or damaged bin

Services available only at Kilmore

VicRoads Agency services will resume from Monday 5 October with COVID-Safe precautions in place. To access the service you will need to be from regional Victoria, wear a mask unless you have a medical exemption, use hand sanitiser and have a temperature check upon entry.

Only the person undertaking the test will be allowed entry and their details will be recorded. Bookings are essential - call (03) 5734 6451.
