Working in partnership

The Seymour Community Wellbeing Hub is the result of a partnership between Mitchell Shire Council, Seymour Health, Goulburn Valley Health, and Nexus Primary Health. The Hub has strong support and significant investment from the partners, including commitments to its operation following construction.

This partnership has a demonstrated commitment to creating healthy, connected and sustainable communities by addressing equitable access to health and human services infrastructure. This commitment is based on significant partnership work and the commissioning of research and evidence concerning gaps in liveability and the need to enhance mental and physical health.

The partnership is excited to be supported by a range of local and regional service providers, community groups, and organisations.
