A range of permits are available from Council from a number of units.

The Enforcement and Compliance Unit oversees the issuing of a range of permits, including: firewood collection, roadside grazing, burning off, extra animals, shipping containers and A-frames and banners to name just a few. Building permits are handled by the Building Unit and planning permits are handled by the Planning Unit. Please see the separate Building and Planning pages for relevant permits.

The Assets Unit is reponsible for issuing Road Opening Permits, an application for which can be found via the link below (Road Opening Permit).
